SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ACQUISITIONS
To ensure that you receive a timely and meaningful response, please include with your submission as much of the following information as possible
[underlined items are essential]:
  • Name and Address of property
  • Size of Land and Building(s)
  • Price
  • Site Plan / Leasing Plan
  • Area Map showing location of property
  • Current Rent Roll
  • Schedule of expense recoveries (CAM, Taxes, insurance, management fee, admin, charge)
  • Terms of any existing mortgages
  • Aerial Photo
  • Demographics of trade area
  • Lease Abstracts
  • Past three years actual itemized income and expenses
  • Copies of most recent billings to tenants for CAM and Taxes
  • Copy of most recent tax bill(s)
  • Sales volume (especially of anchor tenant(s))
  • Phase I environmental assessment
  • Identity and motivation of seller
  • Type of transaction desired: all cash or OPU's (Operating Partnership Units)
